Turn on Messaging & Payment Alerts to Staff Phone & Email

  1. Staff on an Everyware account never have to miss a message. Set up alerts to a staff person's phone or email address of choice for incoming messages and payments by following these steps. 

Click on your user initials circle in the top-right of the Eveyrware portal and then My Profile to open your profile. In the 


In the staff profile pop up, click on the Notifications tab


Type in the email address and/or cell phone you want to recieve activity notices and toggle on the types of alerts you want to recieve. 


When alerts come in, click the portal.everyware.com link inside the message previews to open a secure Everyware window and respond.
