Steps to Enable Staff Notifications

  1. Go to the Settings page
  2. Click on the Staff tab (or staff dropdown menu under Settings)
  3. In the Staff tab, click on 'Edit' next to the staff member's name you want to edit
  4. In Edit Staff pop up window, click on the Notifications tab
  5. Use the toggle buttons to toggle notifications on or off
  6. Remember to update the phone number or email address that will receive the notifications. 


Once enabled, and a new payment comes into the sales site, the staff member's email address and/or phone number saved to their Notifications profile tab will receive a message, from which they can click on a portal login link to view message or payment details.

All activity for the site is sent via notifications, not only the activity related to that individual staff person.
