Batching out is done manually from the Authorization page. Once a transaction is ready to batch turn the desired cases to ‘on’ and hit the ‘Process Batch’ button located in the top left corner of the Authorization page.
Note: Once a transaction receives a reply ‘yes’ to the charge the on/off toggle will automatically switch ‘on’ and will charge when you process the batch. If the customer gives a verbal ‘yes’ instead of a text message, then you MUST leave notes in the system before switching the toggle ‘on.’
