How to Set Up an Out-of-Office Auto Reply 🛠️
Setting up an out-of-office auto reply message is more than just a convenience—it's a game-changer for your customer service strategy! With Everyware's SMS Auto Reply feature, you can effortlessly manage customer expectations while you're away, ensuring that every inquiry receives a timely and professional response. 🕒

Step 1: Log In to Your Everyware Account 🗝️
- Open your web browser and navigate to the Everyware login page.
- Enter your username and password to log into the Everyware portal.
Step 2: Access SMS Workflow Automation Settings 📲
- Once logged in, go navigate to the Messaging > Auto Messages page.
- Select "Auto Reply Out of Office" option from the Auto Message dropdown menu.
Step 3: Enable the Auto Reply ✅
- Below "Auto Reply Out of Office", you'll see a toggle switch labeled "Enable SMS Text" defaulted OFF.
- Flip the switch to ON.
Step 4: Customize Your Auto Reply Message 📝
Now that the auto reply is enabled, type your desired out-of-office message into the text box.
Example Reply Text Message:Thank you for reaching out. We're currently out of the office and will get back to you as soon as possible.

- After customizing your message, click the "Save Preferences" button at the bottom of the page.
Step 6: Test the Auto Reply 🧪

Step 7: Disable the Auto Reply (When You're Back) ▶️
- To disable the auto reply, simply go back to the ""Auto Reply Out of Office" page.
- Flip the "Enable SMS Text" toggle switch back to "Off."
- Click "Save Preferences" again and engage again by two-way text messaging.
