How do I set up and track SMS surveys?

 
There are two main methods you can use to gather SMS customer feedback surveys in Everyware.
 
  • METHOD 1) Set up an automation workflow with the Auto Reply to Rating trigger, which invites customers to rate your company's products/services on a scale of 1-5 in response to the 'Survey' SMS Template included in your portal SMS Templates list.
  • METHOD 2) You can custom-build a survey automation triggered by, and including a subsequent series of EXACT keyword match message steps. 
You can distribute survey requests to one customer at a time, many customers at once, or in specific cases only as part of an an auto message workflow.
 
⚠️ If you want to track your survey responses and see your business' overall positive response rating for a specific time period, you must use the Automation Workflow 'Auto Reply Rating' trigger method.

1) Review and Save the Survey SMS Template 
2) Request Survey Responses:
  • Send 'Survey' Template to request responses from many in an SMS Campaign
  • Send 'Survey' Template to request responses from one contact in a Text
3) Export Messages Report and Analyze Responses in MS Excel

Exact Keyword Match Automation Workflow Survey Method

1) Create Survey Exact Keyword Match SMS Templates 
2) Request Survey Responses:
  • Request Survey Exact Keyword Match with Every Receipt Auto Message
  • Request Survey Exact Keyword Match from One Contact in a Text
  • Request Survey Exact Keyword Match from Many in an SMS Campaign
3) Export Messages Report and Analyze Responses in MS Excel
